This 7,000sf flagship store in Soho is the British retailers first in the U.S. The project began with the structural / spatial problem of introducing a new staircase down to cellar storage and offices, a new bathroom, and sufficient mechanical chases for HVAC all with minimal impact, to create an open and airy sales floor.
