An existing and failing BBQ restaurant in Park Slope Brooklyn required a very cost effective make-over to reinvent itself. Our solution brought imagery of the American landscape and farm, but with a spare modern sense, while avoiding overt kitch and obvious reference. Raw railroad-tie timbers are the dominant element, that appear to be solidly stacked everywhere through some crafty detailing.
